**The opportunity**:
Join our Business Services team in the role of Workforce Scheduler, focusing on scheduling to meet the business’s compliance requirements.
The primary objective of this role is the production of compliant rosters and the administration of attendance management within VRTP’s workforce planning system by assigned deadlines.
Proactive consideration of quality measures such as resource allocation, fairness, productivity targets and operational robustness must be met. Compliance is measured against regulatory and industrial instruments, company policies and guidelines.
The Workforce Scheduler within the Business Services Division is a point of contact for providing advice, coaching, guidance, and support to the business.

**Your day to day**:

- Co-ordination of Time & Attendance Platform
- Scheduling across the VRTP business
- Business Engagement

**What you’ll bring**:

- Workforce Planning Systems ‘hands-on’ experience (preferably UKG - Workforce Dimensions) however any Attendance Management and/or rostering or payroll systems advantageous.
- HR or similar qualification desirable.
- Working knowledge of Awards/Agreements.
- Experience in a similar role advantageous.
- Strong communication, organization and time management.
- Team player with strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Able to work at any Village Roadshow Theme Park property as required.
- Ability to work on any day including weekends with flexible hours.
