**Your new company**
Our client is a stable and essential service within the heavy machinery hiring and rental industry. Established in 1996 by the Managing Director, the organisation has been experiencing rapid growth and continues to improve performance year after year. A fast-paced environment that will offer progression and development for the future. This is full time permanent position which requires you to be onsite full time - located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
**Your new role**
- Answer all incoming calls
- Create and manage job bookings via the internal system
- Allocate vehicles and staff to jobs
- Issue job dockets on a daily basis
- Manage the return of dockets ensuring the job is complete and accurate
- Liaise with internal stakeholders in relation to invoicing and purchase orders
- Upkeep of equipment logs
- Coordinate inductions with safety and compliance staff
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, special mention to Excel
- Adapt to change, a self-starter and using initiative
- Strong customer service experience
- Willingness to learn
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong commitment to working harmoniously within a team
- Experience in a similar role advantageous
