Our client, an IT infrastructure support company seeks a full-time permanent **Sales Operations Administrator - Project coordination** based in **North-western suburbs of Sydney.**

**The Role**:
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting from sales through to customer service on small product sales deliveries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work in a small team to deliver product sales to clients.
- Liaising with clients, warehouse, logistics and suppliers and to keep all stakeholders updated.
- Manage own sales through to completion of projects as well as support the Project Management Team with their projects.
- Co-ordinate deliveries, installation and commissioning of units
- Evaluate outstanding supplier purchase orders, cost management of outbound logistics and warehousing for assigned projects.
- Monthly forecasts of revenue and invoicing
**About You**:
- Previous experience in using ORACLE would be advantageous
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Administration
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and good time management
