Opportunity to work for the experts in FMCG working with lead supermarket chains as their Supply Chain Admin.

**Your new company**

Experts in Supply Chain solutions within the FMCG space, the business has been operating with big players in the supermarket industry for decades. Priding themselves on high level and consistent service to their customers, and off the back of some significant recent growth, this business is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join their collaborative team in Melbourne’s East.

**Your new role**

As a Supply Chain Administrator in this growing business, you will be responsible for:

- Processing customer orders across various food categories.
- Containing receipts and stock reconciliation across all categories.
- Assisting with data entry of shipping documentation.
- Contributing to forecasting administrative duties.
- Managing dropship orders and data entry into the in house system.
- Supporting the Supply Chain team with other duties inclusive of filing, archiving, reporting and system maintenance.
- Maintaining data integrity.
- Checking invoices against 3PL and Logistic partner provisions.
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders, customers, and manufacturers.
- Monitoring customers freight agent’s portal.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or previous experience in a Supply Chain environment with exposure to food is highly regarded but not essential.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in using MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and ability in a team and independently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
