**Your new company**

Operating from Broadmeadows, this State Government organisation is currently seeking an Administrator to join their Team in a full-time capacity.

**Your new role**

The Administrator's primary role is to provide administrative support to the team during peak workload periods. In addition to administrative work, the Administrator's responsibilities may include taking charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining relevant databases and systems, producing reports and presentations. You will also be required to:

- Provide administrative support to the Services team
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Manage office supplies and equipment

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, a proven work ethic and experience as an Administrator. You will also need:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
