**The Role**:
Mentored directly and supported by our broader teams, your journey will see you emerge as a highly skilled and motivated, Recruitment Consultant. Please see an example of the roles focus below:

- On-boarding support - facilitating pre-employment testing and reference checking, administrative on-boarding for new contractors

**Skills, Experience & Attitude**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A passion for or experience working in and around IT
- Previous experience with sales
- University Graduate
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine, respectful and hungry to succeed
- Intermediate proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
