We work in the permanent recruitment not temp… no after-hours calls or weekend contact required. We have numerous rewards and incentive programs and flexible employment options once established. We pay a fortnightly Salary and give you access to our full time monthly commission structure. Typically our consultants earn between $75k and $200+K working 20-30h/w. Available for more than 20 hours? We can tailor a role to suit you.
About you
We love to hire experienced Recruiters so if thats you, please reach out. If you are an experienced Business to Business Salesperson who wants to break into the recruitment sector, please submit your application and cover letter for review. If you are a high performing retail manager wanting a mon to fri gig... please apply. I came from retail and respect the skill set.
We are interested in people who are used to working to KPI's and are hungry to learn, refine their skills and achieve goals. We want people who strive to be the best, competitive in nature but very team focused.
I should also mention that we recruit Australia wide… so non-comps can be side stepped.
Essential Criteria (If you don't meet this criteria, no need to apply)
- Recruitment / Employment Agency, Consultant, Business to Business Sales experience, Retail Management in a Sales based business in Australia 3+ years
- Located in Canberra
- Availability 4-5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week, FT for the right person
- You know your numbers, rates, results and accomplishments
- Strong, driven nature, self-managed
- Resilient attitude
- Strong phone communication skills, no fear of making phone calls
- Strong computer skills, especially with databases and excel
- A natural drive to succeed
