**Employment type-** Full time ongoing 35 hours per week (Flexible working hours)

**Salary**-**$**75,728 - $82,329pa, plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 1/2)

**Your role**
- As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform administrative and reception services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services for the organisation. You will also undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the business, including non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events.

**What you’ll do**
- Ability to**collate information to support the development of accurate documentation and reports, including in relation to assets.
- Ability to update records and databases, complying with records management processes to ensure information is accurate and is stored correctly and accessibly.
- The ability to learn and grow in the role will be important in terms of understanding the role.
