**The Role**:
The Professional Services Manager is a customer interfacing role which proactively manages the customer relationships and meet their needs by providing fully integrated financial service solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels.

The Professional Services team specialise in a variety of customer segments which include Accounting Firms, Real Estate Agencies, Financial Planning Firms and Legal Firms.

**In this Professional Services Banking Manager role, you will**:

- Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners
- Provide analysis of economic value and risk potential of new business
- Educate and guide customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
- Proactively engage with a network of contacts to help uncover new business and referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition across your local market
- Work alongside customers on their proposed annual business plans
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals
- Partner with the greater team across ad hoc tasks and initiatives

**What you'll bring**:

- A strong passion and proactivity towards spending time with our customers and understanding their individual financial needs
- A willingness to engage potential referral networks to grow and develop new business opportunities
- Experience within Sales and business lending
- Significant product exposure to sales, credit assessment, lending, and transactional banking products
- Excellent rapport building and customer service skills
