The Company

A rapidly growing broker business based in the heart of Brisbane CBD, this firm provide a range of lending services across both the consumer and commercial streams. As a specialised business they support a diverse range of clients in securing the financing they need, through a personalised approach, a wealth of industry expertise and deep networks.

The Role

As an Asset Broker, you will play a key role in the business, assisting clients in securing financing solutions for their commercial and consumer assets. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Researching and analysing the market to identify suitable financing options.
- Negotiating with lenders on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Working closely with the Credit team to ensure a smooth lending process.

**Your Profile**

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Previous experience in mortgage broking, credit background in banking, or commercial and/or consumer asset finance broking.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and lending processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients' financing needs.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
