**Join a fast-growing health-tech business and help shape the future of medical marketing.**Ultrana Medical is seeking a driven and creative **Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist** to take the reins of our digital presence and lead generation efforts. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Operations Manager, this role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful marketing campaigns that generate real impact.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end execution of our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on generating leads, building brand awareness, and creating engaging content that resonates with healthcare professionals across multiple specialties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn using Canva Pro and Meta Business Suite.
- **Content Creation**: Film and edit product videos, testimonial reels and photos of medical devices (using CapCut).
- **Paid Ads & Analytics**: Run Meta and Google Ads, monitor performance, and optimise using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and SEO tools.
- **Website Updates**: Build and maintain professional, conversion-optimised web pages using WordPress.
- **Customer Engagement**: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather content, testimonials, and feedback.
- **Strategy & Experimentation**: Continuously test and explore new tactics to improve reach, visibility, and trust.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A creative, proactive mindset with a passion for marketing and content creation
- Strong copywriting skills and visual design sense
- Proven ability to generate leads and improve digital performance
- Confidence filming and editing short-form video content (preferred)
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM)
- Comfortable working independently in a small, collaborative team
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a bonus
