CalmBar is a unique health and wellness business offering a powerful combination of breathwork, heat exposure (sauna) and cold exposure (ice baths) in an architecturally designed space in Rozelle. The role includes front of house, and reception type responsibilities, and includes marketing and social media coordination and general administration.
- Welcome customers, collect all relevant information and ensure they are ready for their appointment.
- Ensure a positive customer experience every time
- Provide advice on packages and memberships, products or additional services
- Manage customer appointment scheduling and cancellations.
- Accurately process customer payments
- Manage all aspects of day to day presentation, hygiene and customer amenity
- Explaining treatment protocols, duration, and benefits, pricing, and company policies
- Marketing and social media coordination, general administration to support the growth and development of the business

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
