. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a capable sales team, shaping strategy, driving growth and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance across a portfolio of
premium Sydney venues
renowned for delivering exceptional client experiences.
You'll be recognised for your ability to
inspire and motivate people
, while identifying and implementing commercial opportunities that drive increased sales, profitability and market presence. Working closely with Marketing, Operations and the exec team, you'll align strategies, optimise performance and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success
- Drive strategic growth across all event types, across a portfolio of premium venues, including corporate events, fundraisers, galas and private celebrations
- Identify, develop and implement new revenue streams to expand the business beyond traditional bookings
- Own sales targets and revenue outcomes, while identifying new commercial opportunities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners
- Collaborate with executive team to shape the broader business strategy
About you:
- Proven success in senior B2B sales leadership, delivering growth and results
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise and strategic thinking
- Experience in client-focused industries, eg events, hospitality, real estate, luxury services etc
- Ability to build relationships with corporate and government clients
