Adcreators Australia is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Rozelle, NSW.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Keep up to date with current trends in digital technology and digital marketing to understand and predict current and future online marketing and consumer trends.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Develop and Implement online growth strategies for clients by identifying and developing market opportunities for new and existing goods and services to support sales objectives.
Understand SEO/SEM best practices, processes and key deliverables.
Execute industry-leading strategies in SEO and PPC to maximise ROI for clients
Integrate SEO/SEM marketing/promotional campaigns, clients and 3rd party stakeholders.
Monitor SEO performance daily using SEO tools available (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag manager etc.) and optimise using data. You will use this data to support business growth and development by preparing marketing objectives, policies and programs.
Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns. You will use your data and analytics to advise clients on strategies and campaigns to reach the intended market, creating consumer awareness for the client’s goods and/or services.
Coordinated with an in-house team to produce marketing collateral to support client objectives, including, but not limited to - graphic design, video production and copywriting.

For this position, it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
Been working on SEO/SEM projects for up to 4 years.
Google Certificates for SEM and Google Analytics
Strong understanding of SEO (Indexing, Content and Keyword research) and SEM (Quality Score, Ad variation, Keyword research)
Ability to create and manage Google AdWords, including Display, Shopping and Search
Familiarity with SEO software; google search console, google analytics, SEMrush
Experience in delivering end-to-end marketing strategies by deadlines
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
