Liverpool, Australia REACH for Training Full time

REACH for Training (REACH) is a well-respected and award-winning quality RTO delivering nationally recognised qualifications across Australia.

This is an entry-level position with training provided to perform duties.

Key responsibilities and duties:

- Provide quality customer service
- Inform prospective clients about training, assessment, support services and their rights and responsibilities in RTO environment
- Accurate data entry in Student Management System
- Assist and prepare and manage student files
- Assist and coordinate course bookings, resources for courses and traineeships
- Coordinate effective pre-enrolment process for students, employers and other prospective client groups
- Maintain key relationships between REACH and our stakeholders
- Assist the Business Development team to establish key contacts and other business development opportunities
- Source and co-ordinate work placement arrangements with trainers, students, and employer/community groups
- Undertake student support and monitoring services for REACH training programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
