Home to some of our city’s most iconic venues - AAMI Park Stadium, Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena and CENTREPIECE - you will play a central role in the development and execution of campaigns that grow audiences and deliver return for our venues and partners.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Campaign Advisor drives the development and execution of campaign and marketing activity that supports M&OP’s commercial and consumer product portfolio across business events, sport, entertainment, premium experiences and hospitality.

With excellent project management and communication skills, the role works in partnership with M&OP’s commercial, hospitality and venue teams to manage the end-to-end planning and implementation of campaigns, sales and marketing collateral and digital campaigns. This includes the development of briefs and project plans and the ongoing management of budgets, agency partners and vendors.

**Key responsibilities include**:
**Marketing **P**lanning**

Develop marketing and campaign plans that drive results for M&OP’s commercial and consumer products.

**Campaign and **P**roject **M**anagement**

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and projects on time and on budget. This includes developing briefs, managing agency partners and vendors and ensuring programs are aligned to our objectives.

**Reporting and **A**nalysis**

Review campaign performance and industry trends to develop insights that drive continuous improvement and optimisation.

**Customer **S**ervice and **S**takeholder **M**anagement**

Partner with and build trusted M&OP’s commercial, venue and hospitality teams, along with our network of agency partners and vendors.
- Please note, t_his role will be on a _6-month_ _fixed term contract with the possibility of progressing into a _full-time_ position._

**What you will bring to the role**
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management, either in an in-house or agency role.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with demonstrable experience developing campaign plans, budgets and briefs.
- Engaging stakeholder and relationship management skills, with experience working in complex environments and a solution orientated approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise and audience appropriate briefs and presentation.
