About the role
- Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
- Full time (flexible work arrangements available)
- 12 month contract (parental leave cover)
- $102,303 – $114, % super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
Working within the Marketing & Communication Directorate, the Senior Advisor, Campaigns plays a key role in leading highly visible, national social marketing campaigns that raise awareness, change behaviour, and engage the community to prevent violence against women and their children. This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of all adult-facing campaign activity, including campaign strategy, design, development, implementation and evaluation.
About you
You will have tertiary qualifications in marking or communications, with 5+ years' experience in leading end-to-end social marketing campaigns. You will have experience developing and implementing 'through the line' evidence–based campaigns to meet defined objectives, and experience in developing creative campaign content that is innovative yet rooted in strategy and evidence. And you will have strong skills in leading multiple projects, including setting clearly defined objectives and priorities, plan and manage workload, and utilise systems to track progress.
