Permanent opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Advisor
- $80,000 plus super pro rata 4 days a week

**Your Role**
The Marketing and Communications Advisor reports into the Marketing Manager and the stakeholder group currently sit within Victoria state. A newly created role with the opportunity to develop it into your own, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns for one particular brand from brief right the way through to execution.
**Your Role**
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, your role will be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing marketing plans in line with organisational strategic objectives
- Work with your state teams to develop and implement local marketing plans and manage the marketing campaign strategy for the brand - currently in the Victoria state with growth to achieve additional sites within the next 6 months.
- Develop and further build branding strategy for the delivery of the program
- Provide advice and best practice on marketing initiatives to your internal stakeholder group
- Create engaging content to be used across different platforms including marketing collateral, social media, website, digital and print advertising
- Manage the research, analysis and communication in relation to brand positioning, fundraising and marketing initiatives
**Your Profile**
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience within a marketing function. You will ideally have worked in a similar environment and have a passion to give back to the community. You will have the ability to manage a marketing campaign across a multi-disciplined organisation. You will also be open to travel on occasion. You will have exceptional communication skills with broad marketing skills set to manage the marketing for a brand.
