Warehouse Team Leader to manage daily warehouse tasks in Alexandria furniture warehouse

Are you a natural leader with a passion for warehouse operations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Lead in Sydney As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, overseeing stock movements, and ensuring the efficiency and safety of the warehouse.

This role is responsible for supporting the Logistics Manager with the effective daily operations of the Warehouse.

Responsible for leading the warehouse team and overseeing the inbound/outbound movement of all

International/domestic stock movements and accurate reporting.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet stock movement demands
- Prioritise daily workload for you and your team
- Organise the receipt, storage, and handling of products
- Oversee inbound and outbound stock movements and accurately update inventory records
- Support the stocktake process and maintain inventory integrity
- Update systems with all stock movements
- Review and process sales orders and transfer orders
- Drive a culture of collaboration and engagement amongst teams
- Train, coach, and mentor employees to achieving goals
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ensure that you have completed the required WH&S training and have a refresher every 12 months to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your team.
