**About the role**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Team Leader is responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly along with maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. The role involves overseeing a team of warehouse operators, coordinating their workloads and providing support to ensure the team reaches specified targets. Additionally, this role will be responsible for monitoring KPIs and ensuring that quality standards are met. Although this role does have some hands-on responsibilities your main responsibilities will revolve around leading the team, reporting and client management.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Client relationships - daily reporting and communications to both management and customers
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Training new warehouse staff
- Managing time & attendance
- Leading, mentoring and supporting your team to meet daily operational requirements
- Performance reviews and management including reporting to management
- Resolving issues as they arise and escalating when necessary

**What you bring to the role**:

- Previous warehousing experience is essential, preferably in a leadership role
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and customers
- Solid experience in warehouse administration
- Account management
- Use of various systems including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience working in a fast paced environment working towards KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people
- Capable of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proactive with a sense of urgency
- Experience in providing daily reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- LF/LO license preferred however not essential
- At least 2-3 years in a similar warehouse environment leading a small team
- A leader that can motivate and lead whilst maintaining a cohesive team environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
