**Systems Analyst - Fulltime Role**

We are currently seeking a IT Systems Analyst to join our business who is looking to advance their career and be recognized for their IT knowledge and skills.**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and maintain current IT software systems
- Troubleshoot reporting issues by analyzing and resolving SQL queries.
- Communicate with internal users to understand their requirements.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot data issues.
- Collaborate with managers and developers to produce new systems.
- Validate changes by testing programs.
- Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
- Working with internal staff to ensure alignment of systems to business process are effective.
- Working with staff to ensure any data imports are completed with accuracy and integrity.
- Creating and optimizing workflow processes for business units.

**Skills & experience**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server)
- Proficiency in a programming language such as VB/.NET
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willing and cohesive team player to assist with queries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language
- Basic understanding of ICT components specifically: infrastructure, networks, computing hardware and data storage.
- Critical thinker with the ability to manage ambiguity and quickly see the big picture.
