Demand Analyst, permanent role with well established SA family owed business, city fringe
Your new company is a well-established, innovative SA family run business who is a leading manufacturer in their field.

Your new role as the Demand Analyst will be to deliver reliable forecasts to ensure customer demand is met and to build stakeholder relations to actively support demand planning and collaborate with the Supply chain function.
- Developing accurate and reliable demand forecasts for the business.
- Maintaining, developing and improving demand and inventory systems, policies and processes.
- Maintaining Inventory parameters to support continuity of supply
- Working collaboratively with sales and operations stakeholders to ensure current and accurate forecasting information is utilised for demand forecasts.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders for all supply chain activities.
- Supporting any training, coaching, and education requirements for supply chain team members and key stakeholders in the forecasting process.
- Staying up-to-date with market fluctuations to anticipate demand trends and managing any exceptional demand changes or risks with communication and resolution.
- Contributing actively to the Group Supply Chain team and working closely with the Inventory Planners.
- Actively supporting the S&OP process through the integration of systems and processes.

What you'll need to succeed is high level collaboration skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Experience with supply chain systems and a high level of MS excel skills. A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain management will be highly regarded. previous proven experience in a Demand Analyst role is essential.
