One of our clients is looking to hire an ERP Systems Analyst, who will implement, maintain and support ERP information systems to meet the business needs of the organization, by analyzing and creating tests.

**About the Role**:

- Provides day to day support for the Company's ERP Database system to ensure the integrity of all data, as well as the appropriate access and functionality for all company users.
- Undertakes testing of existing, updated, and new ERP modules.
- Undertake regular data uploads to the ERP system for updated or new customer contracts, product prices, product supplier costs, and new products, as required.
- Manage and report on all internal support requests through online ticketing system
- Maintain and control key relationship with 3rd party vendors/integrations ensuring appropriate service levels are achieved and manage issue as they arise
- Maintain and update business intelligence system, and preparing reports and dashboards.
- Provide local support for the upgrade to new versions of the ERP system

**Essential Attributes**
- Degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of and experience in ERP.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration.
- Experience in working with information technologies and systems analysis.
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

**Desirable Attributes**
- Knowledge and experience in Pronto
- Experience in at least one of the following systems; warehousing, distribution or manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of data modelling and data visualization tools
