**Change Analyst - Elders**

**The Opportunity**:
Elders are embarking on a transformation program which will technically enhance the way they work and provide far more efficient outcomes to their customers and employees.

As the Change Analyst, you will be a key member of the Systems Modernisation team and assist the internal Change Team in driving the adoption of new business processes, systems and technology being implemented across the organisation.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Analyse impacts to people, processes and technology- Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess impacts to develop practical change plans for impacted end-users and stakeholders- Support delivery of business wide communication, engagement, and training activities- Develop and deliver effective change plans and reporting to document and communicate change activities- Conduct business readiness assessment.

**What we are looking for**:
You will have proven experience in a business or change analyst role delivering outcomes for a multi project business transformation program.

You will be a skilled communicator with a consultative approach and the ability to develop relationships among many stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated experience conducting change analysis and change impact assessments on medium to large scale infrastructure/hardware projects involving complex stakeholder groups is preferred.
