**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:
**You'll be**:

- Developing lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly.
- Overseeing UX writing needs in Clipchamp, working across functions to help drive adoption and a consistent use of brand tone and voice.
- Establishing working relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly and regularly to understand stakeholder needs, foster support and get buy-in for content
- Championing diversity and inclusion, inspiring and catering to our diverse range of users

**Qualifications**:
**Who we're looking for**:

- A natural writer with 3+ years in a similar role. Proven experience in writing copy for digital products (micro copy, in-app announcements, feature releases, tutorials etc.).
- Passionate about user experience with tactile examples of where content has influenced key business decisions and outcomes.
- Skilled in grasping user needs and intent, and communicating with users effectively
- Adaptability and an understanding of how to work to a specified tone and voice, adjusting messaging for different audiences and contexts.
- Know how to get buy-in from key stakeholders and working with teams. You've got a track record of bringing people on the journey with you - they know what's changing and why.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills - you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams.
- Ability to be flexible, pragmatic, strategic, tenacious, and take ownership of deliverables.

**And nice-to-mentions, but not required**:

- Experience designing user experiences and contributing to high-level UX strategy beyond copy.
- You’re comfortable working in Figma (our tool of choice)
