The Role

We're on the hunt for a Creative who can take a brand from idea to scroll-stopper. You'll concept, design, and produce stunning visuals that bring brands to life across social media, campaigns, and content shoots.

You'll:

• Create high-impact designs and visual content that feels fresh and on-brand
• Plan and execute creative campaigns across digital and social platforms, websites and emails
• Shoot and edit product and lifestyle photography and short-form video
• Write witty and on-brand short-form copy for captions, graphics and videos
• Collaborate with our strategy and paid teams to align creative with performance
• Maintain our signature "ballsy but beautiful" OLS aesthetic
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and creative briefs with ease
• Additional design needs specific to a fashion label

You Are:

• A visual storyteller with a flair for graphic design and content creation
• Be confident filming a video with an iPhone Camera (extra brownie points if you can use a real camera)
• Results-driven and proactive - you take initiative, not orders
• Calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple projects
• A detail-obsessed creative who loves asking questions and workshopping briefs
• A team player who values collaboration and having fun with work friends
• Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and creative storytelling of products and brands
• Willing to learn on your feet and make up for any experience you may lack, with ambition and initiative

You Know:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic photography/videography - lighting, composition, editing
• Confident with social media content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Canva for quick-turn creative
• Project management and communication tools

You Should NOT Be:

• Someone who doesn't enjoy their job and has no ambition
• Motivated by corporate environments or wearing high heels to the office
• A lone wolf - collaboration is key here
• Someone who only uses neutral colour palettes in designs
