Is a large Federal Government department based in Brisbane CBD

**Your new role**

You will be a Senior Content Designer. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful content to help protect Australians from scams across multiple platforms including web, forms, portals and newsletters.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing discrete online content projects
- Developing content that meets digital best practice, accessibility and readability standards, writing style, and content management standards
- Championing user-centred content practices to internal stakeholders, drawing on data-driven insights about content performance.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing content design to the development of digital products and services
- Publishing website content, including managing content migration for a new or upgraded websites.
- Communicating constructive and innovative suggestions on how we use web content to increase our reach and efficacy

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated previous experience in a content role
- Experience writing for diverse audiences and improving content readability
- Developing good working relationships, engage with and provide guidance to team members and SME stakeholders
- Managing publishing workflow and web publishing, basic HTML and content management systems.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, professional editing or similar discipline will be highly regarded.
