Highgate Group is a leading supplier of packaging and processing consumables to meat processors and food manufacturers across Australia.

We are looking for a driven, talented and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. In this exciting role, you will lead a marketing team to deliver on our marketing plan, producing top quality content and effective campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and coordinate the execution of our strategic marketing plan.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, and report to the management team.
- Coordinate campaigns, projects, and events end-to-end, setting and reporting on measurable KPI’s and goals.
- Develop and lead a marketing team, fostering a passionate and collaborative team that lives our core values.
- Collaborate and manage internal and external stakeholders, to deliver projects on time, budget, and specification.
- Coordinate compelling marketing content, that drives customer engagement and lead generation.
- Manage e-commerce strategy and implementation, and grow website sales.
- Coordinate photography & videography for products and events.
- Coordinate design and print of catalogues, brochures, and promotional marketing initiatives.
- Implement a digital marketing automation platform to build and schedule marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing Management.
- Experience in developing and implementing overall marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of creating engaging successful campaigns and leading a team.
- You have a high degree of self-motivation and drive.
- You are an energetic, bubbly, team-player who loves working with people.
- Experience working within traditional and digital marketing channels and automation platforms.
- Proven success working to deadlines and within a fast paced environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
- Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills; open to constructive feedback and change.
