Our Family business is on the lookout for someone to help us expand. This is an outbound phone call sales based role, primarily converting prospects over the phone. You will be inspiring people and connecting with people to create memorable experiences, building massive value in your customer's lives and help to overcome any objections your customer raises.

This role is most suited to an individual that has proven success in phone sales, is a high achiever, loves people and want to make a difference in others lives.

If you enjoy talking to people about their lives and inspiring them to see the value this job is for you.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Proven experience in a phone sales based role
- A thirst for self-development to be a top performer
- Enthusiasm and high energy to consistently be self-motivated
- Tenacity to follow-up, nurture your clients' needs and close appointments over the phone
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- A drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall team success
- The ability to sell high-end products
- Strong in the areas of influencing
- To be cause motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural ability to be empathetic towards people

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
