Ingeteam Australia’s Service Division is located in contemporary offices at the Innovation Campus, North Wollongong (Technology Park) enabling collaboration, innovation and flexibility within the workplace.

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
The Services Team Manager supports Ingeteam Australia's Industrial Services business to develop, implement and manage in-field service teams including Site Leaders and Electrical Technicians to safely and effectively operate and maintain the electrical assets of utility-scale grid-connected solar power plants across the Australian electricity network.

**THE ROLE**
You will manage a portfolio of renewable power plants (solar farms), ensuring that all Operations & Maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with the agreed contractual scope.

Reporting to the Australian Industrial Services Manager, the key focus is to closely monitor the performance of the renewable power plant and support the in-field service site leaders to ensure team effective preventative and scheduled maintenance activities are effective and efficient.

Generate Operations & Maintenance reports relating to system performance and determine performance trends and identify root cause for on-site performance improvements.

Mainly based in the Wollongong Head Office, with the opportunity to travel nationwide on occasion to visits sites and clients, as you perform this interesting and diverse role in the exciting and progressive Australian Renewable Energy Generation industry.

**YOU**
- Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering (or similar) - such as Trade + diploma, or Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Experience in service, maintenance and operations within the electrical industry. Experience in power generation is highly regarded, particularly in renewable energy.
- Capable of managing skilled service delivery teams (electrical).
- Well-developed commercial skills, ideally in maintenance services contracts.
- Electrical background in energy generating systems, maintenance, or asset management.
- Strong capability driving a strong safety culture, and ensuring Quality and Environmental standards, policies, and procedures are met.
- Flexibility to travel domestically to sites as and when needed.
