**What you will do**:

- Manage and drive the Regular Giving program, developing strategies to improve retention rates, growing long-term donors
- Build a donor journey and communications plan to improve engagement and increase connection to Aspect, ultimately adding value
- Support in the development of a successful acquisition strategy to grow the regular giving program and ensure ongoing recruitment of donors
- Lead on the diversification and expansion of cross channel acquisition, beyond the main telesales channel
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of supporter recognition events and engagement activities
- Foster strong relationships within Aspect including the wider Fundraising team, Communications and schools/program/service delivery team
- Manage with the output of program financial and performance trackers
- Liaise with the telemarketing consultants and oversee performance through reporting and regular WIPs
- Ensure all funds are coded and allocated correctly and welcome packs, are distributed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and current information in Raiser’s Edge database

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification/s in communications, marketing, project co-ordination or administration or 3+ years’ experience in fundraising
- Excellent organisational, coordination, relationship management skills
- Experience of working with regular giving or direct marketing fundraising programs
- Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with telemarketing (desirable)
- Sound database and excel skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible, positive and collaborative approach
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and experience working with a CRM database
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance
