**How will I help?**

As a Mobile Business Banking Manager, you will be critical to achieving Business Bank’s vision of helping make Australian businesses stronger. You will hold strong, lasting relationships with our business customers and act as a trusted advisor.

Mobile Business Banking Managers are critical to achieving this vision. You will maintain lasting partnerships with 1st and 3rd party referrers and create strong relationships with new business customers by acting as a trusted advisor. You'll also still have a small portfolio of customers. However this portfolio is around 50% capacity to give you more time to focus on BD.

You will network and acquire long term relationships with external partners, to attract customers from preferred broker flows or competitors. You will be accountable for delivering excellence in on boarding for the first year.

You will have the authority and expertise to meet both the business and personal needs of our potential future and new customers and will collaborate with internal business partners (Transactional Business Managers and Equipment Finance Managers) to deliver specialised solutions as required.

**What will I do day to day?**

You will partner with preferred brokers to gain the trust of new to bank business customers by demonstrating a genuine desire to help, being curious, listening with empathy and connecting on a human level to achieve what is important to them.

You will build and execute a business development contact strategy and identify regular contact and networking opportunities with the aim of growing future business.

As a valued member of the SME Banking team you will be actively involved in team building, training and sharing best practices with other BDMs, Lending Managers or Business Banking Managers.

**What Do I Need?**

You will typically have 5 years+ or relevant experience in Business Banking with an understanding of the needs and opportunities for our small to medium businesses customers, including challenges, trends and the competitive and regulatory environment.

You will have strong credit risk understanding with respect to policy, customer risk grading and lending origination with also a strong ability to evaluate credit worthiness with a risk focus.
