**About the role**
This Manager role will be responsible for delivering on the roles requirements across planner and buying to ensure that channel and investment is effective to meet the client objectives. Investment is fundamentally responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices. This team have developed trusted and influential relationships with client’s, media and agency partners. And is responsible for driving innovation in the field of investment.
**What you will need**:
You will have meaningful career experience within a major agency across planning and buying both online and offline, with an offline focus. Ideally experience in managing direct reports and managing workflow within a team. Ideally you will have 3-5 years within the media industry with previous buying experience.

- Conducting own personal brand within the Mindshare Professional Etiquette guidelines.
- Guides technical projects to build and develop best in class outcomes with the appropriate knowledge capability to deliver effectively for our clients
**Product**:
- Delivering a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying
- Identifying the right products and services to meet the client’s needs and briefs
- Building an effective knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market leading campaign implementation
- Obtaining necessary certifications for required platforms
**Partners**:
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of your client and their category whilst responding to all requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations
- Developing trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape
- Developing strong internal partnership relations and builds knowledge of product offering
- Manages clients’ expectations effectively about the delivery of all work across the team

- Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-forms, MBA's, bookings and loadings with an aim for zero account queries
