Are you an experienced Investment/ M&A Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? Look no further In this broad management role, you will have the opportunity to manage new and existing private equity, managed funds, debt lending, listed equity, alternate opportunities, and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing property development investments with active development partners.
- Manage cash sweep and treasury functions.
- Provide support to the Executive Chairman in relation to overall portfolio strategic allocation and construction.
- Preparation of daily portfolio reporting and monthly management reports.
- Preparation of board reports and reporting at board meetings.
- Provide support with managing investment structuring, agreements, advisors, management and financial reporting, group statutory accounts, and other compliance activities.
- Ensure the financial control environment and related systems are operating effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University qualified preferably with an economics or commerce degree (Accounting).
- Ability to work in a small family office business.
- Experienced in designing financial and management reporting systems.
- Experienced in business acquisitions and divestments.
- Experienced in managing diverse businesses from a strategy and operational perspective.
- Experienced in managing Boards and also coping with ambiguity and managing change.
- Understanding of all investment structures.
