岗位职责：

1、整理分析建筑及房地产行业的相关法律、法规和政策，并形成研究报告以指导业务开展；

2、拓展、维护政府、行业企业的关系渠道，收集、掌握并筛选投资项目信息；

3、对潜在投资项目进行市场调研，开展项目评估测算及投融资模式设计，撰写项目调研报告、立项建议书等文件；

4、起草框架合作协议、投资协议等各类合同文件，落实关键商务条款及边界条件。

5、领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、营销类和房地产类相关专业，本科学历及以上。

2、具备城市更新、工改、旧改项目经验，工业地产投拓经验者为佳。

3、具备独立主导的成功落地项目经验，具备投资全方面的能力：市场调研分析、经济测算、对接政企洽谈能力。

4、表达沟通能力佳、形象良好。

**Property investment and development manager(Mandarin required)**

Job responsibilities:
1. Sort out and analyze relevant laws, regulations and policies of the construction and real estate industry, and form research reports to guide business development;
2. Expand and maintain the relationship channels between government and industry enterprises, collect, master and screen investment project information;
3. Conduct market research on potential investment projects, carry out project evaluation and calculation, design investment and financing models, and write project research reports, project proposals and other documents;
4. Draft various contract documents such as framework cooperation agreement and investment agreement, and implement key business terms and boundary conditions.

5. Other work assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:
1, marketing and real estate related major, bachelor degree or above.

2, with urban renewal, industrial reform, old renovation project experience, industrial real estate investment experience is preferred.

3, with independent leading experience in successful landing projects, with the ability to invest in all aspects: market research and analysis, economic calculation, docking government and enterprise negotiation ability.

4, good communication skills, good image.
