Local Unit & Position Description:

- Schedule audit activities and input the schedule into our IT system
- Liaise continuously with clients and auditors to settle dates for the audits
- Communicate the scheduled audits with the clients and assessors
- Ensure that all audits are planned and delivered on time, in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations
- Plan capacity and utilization of resources while ensuring lower operational costs
- Collaborate with our technical function and sales department
- Contribute to improving analytical efforts for correct forecasting
- Ensuring the reporting is done by the assessors on time for the completed projects
- Updating our production system to ensure correct audit related information
- Any other necessary administrative work related to activities / projects

Position Qualifications:

- Tertiary education is preferred.
- Experience working in similar industry (certification, NDIS, etc.) is preferred.
- Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and systems (e.g., Oracle).
- Good at problem solving with the ability to use own initiative quickly and efficiently to respond to urgent scheduling issues
