We are seeking an experienced **Property Manager **to join our award winning office, Ray White Albion Park.

This truly is a fantastic opportunity. You will have autonomy over a very manageable portfolio and have dedicated support with assistant team members and leadership staff.

**Your duties will include**:

- Sharing a task based portfolio
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Attending NCAT as required
- Outgoing inspections
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions

- Previous property management experience is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of professionalism
- A class 2 real estate licence & certificate of registration
- A valid drivers licence

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Albion Park, NSW 2527: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
