**The Organisation**
Our client has experienced growth in absolute leaps and bounds in the past and as a direct result is looking to on board a hard-working individual in the accounts space as an Accounts Receivables and Payable’s Officer. Further, our client is well known within the retail industry.

**The Responsibilities**
Reporting into the Financial Controller, the duties within this role will include, however not exclusive to:

- Timely allocation and receipting of customer payments
- Follow up on all unpaid accounts on a regular and timely basis
- Set up and create new customers accounts
- Account reconciliations
- Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders
- Daily invoice processing
- Completing weekly & ad hoc payment runs
- Statement reconciliations
- Handle supplier queries
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous work in the accounting field
- Problem solving ability and skill set to follow suit
