**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Reception Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and administration process. Assist us in serving our community.

**This position requires an immediate start**

**About Us**

Victoria Tower Medical is Sydney's state of the art multidisciplinary facility, with a large number of allied and healthcare professionals, all bringing their own area of expertise to the practice. Our vision is to provide the highest level of health care all in the one location. Subsequently, we offer a wide range of high quality medical services.

Our doctors have been practising in the area for over 30 years and have a very large patient base from the surrounding suburbs. Our GPs have strong moral values aiming at delivering the best patient care possible in a facility with a strong family and community focus.

We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm all year around.

**Position requirements**:

- To provide high quality reception services to the patients, Doctors, Allied Health professionals and staff
- Overseeing reception staff
- Overseeing reception staff rosters
- The ability to multitask multiple priorities at once
- Ability to handle high volume inbound calls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a high attention to detail
- An ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient and practice matters
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

**Essential criteria**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a General Practice environment
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Management or Team Leader role
- Must be competent with Best Practice
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and general IT skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent complaint resolution skills
- Availability across 7 days including evenings and weekends
- Able to communicate effectively with a variety of people
- Must have full Australian working rights

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.35 - $33.84 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BURWOOD, NSW 2134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical administration: 2 years (required)
- Management: 1 year (required)
