Talent Connect are proud to be partnering with a vast growing Production/Supply company based in Brookvale, looking to develop their team by incorporating an adept Office Manager with exposure in a warehouse setting
Day to Day
- Freight coordination and management
- Manage after-sales care process to confirm customer satisfaction with order
- Manage invoicing including checking, processing and reconciling all invoices in line with payment terms with Bookkeeper
- Employee onboarding of new hires
- Ordering office, kitchen and first aid supplies when requested. Making travel arrangements for staff when requested
- Oversee rostering of warehouse to ensure production capability is at capacity based on output required
- Maintain existing policies and procedures to drive a high level of service, identifying continuous improvements of current processes to ensure adaptability to changing business needs
- Ensure jobs board is always up to date and escalate priorities to Warehouse Manager as a matter of urgency
- Process improvement activities are implemented, tested and improved until sustained.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding of Production/Supply operations
- Comprehension of Office Management responsibilities and accounting practices
