**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Develop and maintain strong client and agency relationships to ensure responsive advice, service delivery and client relationships are maintained at optimal levels; striving to determine, mitigate and resolve client concerns proactively in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate the implementation of modification and enhancement of systems and processes that align the best practise for continuous improvement in service delivery as instructed by management.
- Deliver a range of mail services including mail delivery and collection, mail opening and sorting/scanning, courier services and secure mail services to ensure that services are provided to clients in accordance with service partnership arrangements.
- Provide messenger services which include Parliament, Cabinet deliveries and deliveries of newspapers.
- Actively participate and cooperate as part of the mail services team, including participating in mail projects, such as courier contract implementation and digital mailroom to ensure client needs are met and that deliveries and collections are well supported.
- Provide support in the collection of data and production of reports to ensure management and client needs are met.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all mail services records and the integrity of data in a secure and accurate manner in accordance with Government and departmental policy.
