**Our Role**:
You will report directly into our Aged Care team lead, this position will be managing a well-established contract and permanent placements desk in the age care market with our existing clients. If you have a flair for new business and relationship building you won’t be held back.
- You will be supported by our admin back office team
- Marketing and promotion will be done for you and you will have access to a personal resource.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, if you would like to develop new clients you are welcome to do so.
- You would be recruiting nurses, carers, facility managers and assistants in nursing all within the Aged Care market.
- Our contractor care team will help you manage your contractors and support you on all things that are needed for a happy workforce.
- 1-2 + year’s experience in recruitment preferably within the contracting markets. Different markets will be considered
- Self-starter who does not like to be average.
- A person who does not like micromanagement.
- Outstanding communication & written skills
- Enjoys working in a proactive busy business environment that can get loud from time to time.

- 90-110k base + uncapped commissions. We would expect your on-target earnings to be at least 150k in year one, 200k in year two & genuine 250k + for years after + benefits (we will explain)
