At the Onset, we’re on a mission to grow our brand as Australia’s leading technology recruitment agency and we’re looking for insightful, creative, and engaging Principal Recruiters to join the journey. Specifically, if you've owned and developed a contract desk, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Principal Consultant here, you’ll take full ownership of your vertical. You’ll focus on the complete candidate lifecycle, proactively develop business and manage accounts across your client base. You will leverage our existing client relationships as you grow your contract desk across your market.

Experience and qualifications:

- Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience required
- Sourcing candidates for great clients via database searching, online search, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, Stack Overflow), and referrals
- The demonstrated experience of establishing and growing a desk in technology
- Helping us to grow and develop as a business.
