Recruitment Consultant - Australia - AU$80-140k - Relocation Package

My client is a high-end, major player in the Construction and Property sector in Australia with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, providing contingent and retained recruitment solutions. The recruitment sector in Australia is extremely buoyant so they are keen to add to their teams at Consultant, Senior and Principal level.

**SALARIES - **range from AU$80-140k plus a generous commission scheme that will easily see you earning well into 6-figures. Development opportunities exist to Associate Director and Partner level.

**CANDIDATE - **you will ideally have 3 - 5 years’ experience running a successful desk in the Construction and Property recruitment sector (they will consider other Professional Staffing recruitment experience such as Legal, Finance etc) and you are a true career-advancer with a strong desire to further develop your recruitment career. In the nicest possible way, we’re not looking for serial job-hoppers who haven’t developed a successful desk over a sustained period.

The culture in Australia is very much about coffee-meets and social interaction with a far softer approach to business development than in the UK. You therefore need to have a consultative approach plus excellent communication and presentation skills.
