**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Leadership**:_Inspire and lead a team of dedicated baristas and service staff to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.Operations: Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining quality control standards.
- _**Customer Service**:_ Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
- _**Staff Development**:_Train, motivate, and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the cafe.
- _**Financial Management**:_ Monitor and manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets.
- _**Qualifications**:_ Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, particularly in cafes or coffee shops. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering a high-quality product. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
