We are currently recruiting for a Cafe Manager at **Centenary Aquatic Centre.**

**What you need to succeed**:
The right culture fit for our company and people is the most important attribute, along with the following skills:
Leadership of the cafe department fully encompassing but not excluding
- Ongoing cafe development, food offering & quality
- COGS control & ongoing review
- Delivering exceptional customer experience
- All kitchen operations & WHS requirements
- Excelling Cafe performance & sales opportunities
- Responsible for ongoing department staff training for food delivery
- Food preparation
- Barista duties
- Greeting customers
- General cafe duties

**Essential**:

- Be available on weekdays and weekend availability essential
- Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Café All-rounder in a similar venue
- Be outgoing and friendly
- Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Able to work well under pressure
- Work well in a team environment
- Outgoing and have a friendly personality
- Must have positive attitude, good work ethic, team player and communication skills and willing to drive and assist in all necessary daily café duties
- Have a passion for hospitality, healthy food, coffee and customer service
- Reliable and have current RSA or willing to obtain.
- Have Australian work rights (valid for at least 12 months)
- As we are a 7 day a week operation for breakfast and lunch, we require someone flexible across the 7 days.
