- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a café supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
