We are on the look out for a new Salesforce Administrator to join Morgans iServices team

**Requirements**:
**What you will bring**
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Administration
- Experience in Configuration, BA Support, data management and Testing
- Extensive experience in Requirement Analysis, Planning, Design, Application Support and Verification testing of UAT and Integration
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Effective prioritising and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

**What you will be doing**
- Perform all system administration functions including creation and maintenance of users, profiles, roles, permissions and dashboards, as well as the creation of custom objects, fields and page layouts
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configuration
- Provide training for all new users, as well as supplementary training for existing users
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy by doing regular checks and reviews of the data in our system, including cleansing and duplicate record management
- Troubleshoot any integration issues
