**The Role**
This is a not to miss opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant who thrives in a busy environment, has high levels of attention to detail and wants to leave the office at 5:30 Our client if looking for a well versed / seasoned professional to join their dynamic team, and support to legal process. This team a true team of go-getters, they love what they do and thrive on knowing the deal is done. They would like to have a likeminded professional join them and support them, whilst also having fun.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Diary and travel management
- Drafting correspondence, document preparation, editing and formatting
- Preparation and collation of briefs and contracts
- Billing
- General administration support to the partners and lawyers

**About you**
To be successful for this role you must have:

- At least **_four_** years’ experience working as a legal assistant or legal secretary - preferably with high volume contracts experience
- Strong attention to detail
- The confidence to take initiative
- Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Administrative skills
