**About the role - Field Manager**:
**There are 5 Major Facets**:
**People Management**: Ensuring that the team of Brand Ambassadors are performing up to the standards and providing support to help them improve their performance. You will be very proactive to improve the campaigns while being in communication with a large team of Brand Ambassadors
**Inventory Management**:Keeping track of campaign material such as flyers, uniforms
**Operations**: Ensuring that the operations are running as smoothly as possible
**Training**: Familiarizing new team members with their role, and introducing best practices in the workplace
**Reporting**: Using our app to provide the Ops team with constant reports when you are working onsite with the Brand Ambassadors
**Brand Ambassadorship**: You will distribute flyers while monitoring the work of your team. The conversions you achieve will translate into the same bonus structure as the other BAs
**Requirements**:
- Experience managing a team in the field (Proven experience with 2-5 Brand Ambassador at the same time, in the same spot)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Timeliness
- prompt arrival for every shift
- Vehicle, or other ability to move through the city
- Serviceable phone with good battery for texts, calls, photos, and videos

**Remuneration**:
- Part Time with a flexible roster
- Contract/Temporary Role
- Pay for 3.5 shift: 69 (BA part) + 30 (TL-reporting) +10 travel = 109$
- Shifts are 3.5 hours long
- Payment will be made via direct deposit on a weekly basis
